Shipping policy

 

Orders placed on shopgreer.co.za ship via our courier partners (ie. The Courier Guy, etc.).

·      At this time, we ship only within South Africa.

·      We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

·      Please note that we are unable to accept international billing addresses or P.O. box billing addresses currently.

·      Please review your shipping information at checkout to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at info@shopgreer.co.za. We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order.

·      Please note that address changes may result in additional charges.

How much will my delivery cost?

1.    FREE shipping is available within South Africa on orders R500 and over (after any discounts or promotions have been subtracted and excluding taxes).

2.    For orders under R500:

Main Centres e.g., Gauteng, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, Pietermaritzburg, KZN coast (from Richards Bay to Durban to Port Edward)	R90 any size order
Regional Areas e.g., Limpopo, Mpumalanga	R90 any size order
Remote Areas e.g., remote farms, mines	R200 any size order

Shipping time applies to the transit time, but does not reflect the processing time to prepare, pack, and ship your order from our warehouse. Orders are typically processed in 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated, within one to two working days of receiving payment into our accounts. 

1.    Courier delivery takes 1 – 5 working days depending on the order's destination.

2.    Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm.

3.    There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

4.    Main city centre delivery takes 1 – 5 working days.

5.    In remote areas deliveries can take up to 7 working days.

6.    Your delivery address should be at an address where somebody you trust will be available to accept your order at any time. Anyone at the delivery address can accept the delivery. In order for us to prove that delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

Unforeseen circumstances, for example, adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, therefore a 'late' delivery is not grounds for a refund or cancellation of the order. However, if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.
