Refund policy

 

At Greer Natural, we take great pride in creating high-quality, natural skincare products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we aim to make the returns process fair, transparent, and easy.


1. Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once products have been opened or used.

  • Unopened, unused items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer
  • Once received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded or exchanged

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

In line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrectly supplied

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging where applicable

We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.


3. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity

Our products are made with natural ingredients, but individual skin reactions can occur.

  • We recommend performing a patch test before full use
  • We cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities unless the product is proven to be defective

Ingredient lists are clearly provided to help customers make informed choices.


4. Refunds Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part

5. Exchanges

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we are happy to offer an exchange at no additional cost once the item has been returned and inspected.


6. Sale Items

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion are non-refundable, unless faulty or incorrect
  • This does not affect your rights under the CPA
